Requirements:
- Very good command of German (min. B2/C1)
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Managing current projects in trackSpace & docSpace
- Getting to know the trackSpace & docSpace process, procedures and standards to extend enabling independent work
- Determining requirements by working with German and English speaking customers
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information - searching independently for information in all available systems and documentation
- Identifying gaps in knowledge management, process and/or communication flow and taking actions to prevent the gaps occurring in the future
- Maintaining database by entering information on regular basis
- Coordinating process statistics and documentation updates
- Cooperating with other team members and with 2nd Level Support in order to provide the best service
