We are looking for a self-driven and a customer oriented Total Rewards Specialist who will join our Global Total Rewards Operations Team in Krakow office and who is interested in growing within the Total Rewards function.
As Total Rewards Specialist, you will cooperate with Center of Expertise, HR Services and Payroll teams to ensure successful implementation of global reward practices and processes.
You will participate in the Annual Salary Review, Short Term Incentive and other reward processes, from planning to execution and will carry out all activities in in cooperation with team members and Center of Expertise ensuring highest standard of delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will act as a gatekeeper for the rewards processes in accordance with the compensation policy. You will coordinate parts of the processes, taking ownership of delivering expected outcome.
You will maintain up to date records in various systems to ensure accurate reporting information. You will analyze compensation data, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, update and maintain reporting tools.
You will actively monitor the key processes implementation and will identify opportunities for service improvements. You will take part in continuous improvement initiatives.
You will advise line managers and HR colleagues based on Electrolux policies, employment legislation and local practice agreements.
You will contribute to the knowledge management process by sharing, collaborating and enriching our knowledge base with instructions, manuals, training materials.

- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office
- Min. 2-years work experience on a compensation related or reporting specialist role
- Background in total rewards, finance or business analytics
- Work experience in matrix organizations
- Very good command of English
- SAP knowledge – a plus
- Stable employment in a reputable global company
