For our Client's new SSC in Poznań, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Tier 2 / Tier 3 Technical Support Analyst with English
Duties (depending on seniority):
- Liasing between the Company and the Client
- Utilizing theoretical and practical knowledge to resolve issues choosing the most effective strategy
- Identification and resolution of issues before they affect the end user operations
- Investigating problems through to resolution
- Supporting resolution of complex issues
- Tracking incidents in appropriate systems according to existing procedures
- Keeping customer informed about the status of their requests and the time needed for resolution
- Escalating issues to appropriate departments
- Knowledge sharing, supporting internal development
Requirements:
- Very good English language skills
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal competencies (team-player)
- Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment
