Overview:
Aon sets up and manages online benefit systems for our clients. In the role of GBS Test Coordinator, you will use your technical expertise to set up and analyze the results of tests to ensure that our systems are working properly. Building on your experience of testing software, this role will challenge you to effectively coordinate testing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Sharing technical expertise on processes, clients, systems and tools with other team members
- Creating test plans, test scenarios and test populations for internal acceptance testing
- Managing internal acceptance testing for changes to systems/functions/processes
- Streamlining the communication between the Administration Team, System Analysts and Pervasive Team during testing periods
- Working with Team manager on team capacity management, planning resources needed to ensure that all testing is performed on schedule
- Tracking testing progress, andproviding regular updates to all interested parties
- Overseeing the IAT Logs to ensure all defects are logged properly and in line with the quality expectations
- Prepare all relevant UAT documentation and coordinate all UAT activities while supporting client inquiries related to testing
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience of testing software, including knowledge of software testing lifecycle
- Bachelor's / Master's degree
- English at C1 level is preferred (on the CEFR scale), as well as strong communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MSExcel
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues and find and implement solutions
