Your role
Are you confident and unafraid person with ability to develop innovative solutions? Are you analytical thinker with people and test management experience? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- defines and implements the master/level test plans and test approach
- plans, organizes and controls all project / product test activities
- create test estimates and test schedules
- product and project risk management
- test progress monitoring and reporting
- perform defect management according to the defect lifecycle model
- manage test automation implementation and strategy for both progression and regression testing
- test evaluation summary (pre and post implementation)
- prepare release test progress and completion report
- identify continuous improvements within the test process
- go/no go sign off
- product risk management and project testing
- stating product / project quality
Your team
You will be working as a part of Digital Management Team. Your position will be based in Wroclaw.
Our team focuses on design and executes all test cases according to Quality Assurance Manager directions.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 3+ years of experience in management test teams
- experience in conducting and managing testing across the whole software development lifecycle
- knowledge about advanced test techniques and project test management
- project cost and effort management experience
- strong leadership, resource management and stakeholder communication skills
- ISTQB foundation level or equivalent
- additional IT Project or Testing certificates
- university degree or equivalent expertise (technical, economics or similar)
You are:
- an expert of best practice testing methodologies
- familiar with offshore / outsourced working models
- well organized and assertive person with prioritization skills and ability to suppor business and test process improvement activities
- familiar with offshore or outsourced working models
- fluent knowledge of English language (German knowledge is an asset)
