Test Automation Specialist
Workplace: Warszawa
Working within an AGILE development project team the Test Automation Specialist is responsible for supporting Scrum Team in Continuous Integration and test automation activities.
Moreover the Test Automation Specialist is responsible to:
- Configuration and maintenance of Continuous Integration server (Jenkins)
- Analysis and verification of automated tests results
- Automated test scripts maintenance – creating and updating existing test scripts
- Fixtures maintenance, automated test data preparation
- Handle communication with technical representatives on integration and automation topics
- Optionally - support dev. team with bug fixing and analyzing root cause of issues on the code level
- The role is also responsible for providing test estimates, achieving expected test coverage and providing evidence of testing results by generating statistics and recommendations within a completion report.
The agile development/ QA project team works with following tools:
- HPQC
- JIRA
- Robot Framework
- JMeter ™
- Gerrit
- University degree in IT and/or business administration, commercial engineering or similar degree
- At least 2 year of proven experience of working as QA specialist
- Experience in Scrum framework
- Experience with Apache JMeter ™ and Selenium tool (Robot Framework would be optimal)
- Understanding of Continuous Integration approach and experience with configuration (Jenkins)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Experience with complex implementation and support projects
- Experience of working in multinational, multi-cultural environments/ teams
- Willingness to travel (20%)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and willingness to learn; self-motivated, positive attitude.
