For our Client, internationally recognized company that is rapidly developing in Katowice, we are currently looking for Candidates motivated to develop their professional career as Test Architect.
Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements, both functional and non-functional, are tested and user expectations are met. The person will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing technical and testing standards, conducting interviews, trainings and performance evaluation of all test staff, monitoring testing function in all projects, providing technical expertise with regards to testing approaches and technologies as well as acting as the Product Owner for features and functionality.
Our Client is searching for Test Architect who holds relevant experience and good knowledge of English. The person has to be familiar with Agile SCRUM testing methodology, be able to structure and organize tests produced by a large number of testers, be skilled with Performance, Load and Capacity testing, have knowledge of Jira, Automated UI Testing for Websites (such as Selenium, Python), Mobile Applications, Web APIs, including SoapUI, Web Security Testing as well as be able to create effective test plans, test cases and release planning. Candidates have to be able to set priorities and see the big, long-range picture as well as establish strategy and vision.
