Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Review current state of process documentation, create new DTPs, update existing ones in order to meet guidelines for procedures within a web based repository 
  • Assume a lead role in maintaining process documentation available online  work instructions, process flows, youtube videos, system flows 
  • Maintain internal and external help centers to ensure consistency and accuracy 
  • Work with PM analysts, Ops teams and the client to encourage them to proactively request documentation updates whenever there are processes changes or new use cases not covered in existing documentation
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of business experience ideally in a P2P department or similar role type within a financial services environment
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Communications skills and experience in documentation writing. In depth knowledge of how to create DTPs
  • Basics of HTML desirable
  • Experienced in process mapping techniques and tools desirable
