- Solving technical problems reported by users and the first line support agents
- Keeping users appraised of progress

- Experience in the first level support or other relevant position
- Ability to speak in german (min. B1 and English B2)
- Experienced with Windows Server 2003/2008/2010 Administration
- Knowledge about active directory
- Basic knowledge on networks
