- The Google Apps Support Technician is responsible for providing L2 and L3 support for all Google for Works applications.
- Provide advanced support to Service Desk by responding to tickets related to Google applications.
- Monitor health of Google Apps availability and coordinate the recovery with Google in case of an outage.
- On board and off board users with Google Apps.
- Understand and troubleshoot the integrations with Google Apps by engaging the right subject matter experts.
- Provide Google Apps support in online community tools.
- Research creative ways to use Google Apps for various use cases.
- Become part of a genius bar and offer “walk-in” help to anyone one day of the week.
- Develop Google Apps programming skills and graduate to a rapid response team helping the business build cool ne productivity applications.
- Self-guided and able to develop expertise in an area through various channels – read, take classes, network.
- Able to understand technology – architecture, design and interdependencies
