Your Tasks
- Being a technical mentor for the hardware diagnosing team in priting area teams for UK and France which are based in Poland
- Monitoring of less experienced team members
- Handling contact with English speaking customers
Our Requirements
- Good communication and soft skills
- Detailed troubleshooting skills on HP printers
- Ability to train forward on an individual basis
- Excellent English language skills
Would be an asset:
- Knowledge of French language
