Service Delivery Operations is the IT operations team of Global Customer Care organization. Our mission is to support our internal partners (Global Call Centers, Network Operations Center, Secure Operations Center, Federal Operations Center, etc.) as well as providing support for our external customers to ensure their infrastructure and systems are operating as expected. |

In this position you will be responsible for the configuration, performance and optimization of Netcool, Nagios, FullVision, Arcsight, and SiteProtector applications. Responsibilities will also include working with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design and develop the system, perform system validation, develop and administer training and provide system maintenance.
You will be required to:
- Effectively perform these duties & conform to existing process and best practices.
- Understand software and hardware fundamental to operation of documentation system.
- Understand and implement disaster recovery considerations to include downtime procedures.
- Network management and security management tools in an administrative/development capacity.
- Troubleshooting experience in working with product vendor and customers.
- Strong background in Linux Systems, deployment and maintenance. Knowledge of Windows operating system, K-Shell, C-Shell and various UNIX/Linux utilities.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management concepts
- Deep knowledge of software architectures, development tools and methodologies.
- Experience with network security issues/processes/resolutions is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations.
