For our client we are on the search for Level 1 Technical Support Specialists to provide support for our client's (world's biggest computer technology company) customers. If you are passionate about technology and customer support, troubleshooting is in your blood and you like solving hardware and software problems - Come join the team!
- Fluent command of Polish (Native) and English
- Previous experience in a similar role is an plus
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
- Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
