Salary: 8-15k zł gross
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a team of 10-15 people to deliver consistent quality of support with highly demanding clients
- Combining day to day HR management, skills development, and strategic talent growth
- Analyzing & decomposing task requirements, coordinating work both within the team and between different teams
- Improving the team toolkit & procedures to increase the level of quality & efficiency
- Taking an active part in a creative work of product & business development
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in the technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager of a technical team
- Skills in the areas of scope estimation, planning, prioritizing, time management, scheduling, measuring, reporting
- Leadership, communication and team building capabilities
NICE TO HAVE
- Programming & other IT skills
- Knowledge of the JIRA system, G-Suite
- Experience in Agile oriented workflow
