Scope of duties:
- 1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from clients regarding IT issues and queries
- Deliver high quality of technical solutions
- Provide basic training in MS Office applications
- Create and maintain positive relations with clients
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and good knowledge of English
- Experience in the customer service area would be an asset
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in the fast-changing environment
