We are looking for a Technical Lead Developer who would share our passion for engineering best-in-class software products that help IT professionals all over the world to solve the most important problems that have today while enjoying simplicity of our products.

What Technical Lead Developer does in SolarWinds?
- Works with our great teams of developers building their technical leveling up (we commonly use code reviews and other ways of knowledge sharing)
- Leads the design and implementation of cool products and features that make our customers happy
- Works on most complex, technical problems and provides smart and elegant solutions
- Protects his products from "Pokemon Exception Handling" and "Hydra Code"
Wymagania
What is required for this position?
- Production experience with .NET, MVC and Client-side frameworks (Angular, jQuery, ExtJS) - if you have personal projects you are proud of, we'd be more then glad to hear about it
- Experience with development tools and practices (do you like Visual Studio and Agile as much as we do?)
- Understanding of why to use refactoring, write unit tests and do code reviews
- Acceptable spoken/written English so you can express your awesome ideas and communicate them to other people
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience (just a formality as you already have it, right?)
What are some desired (not required) skills?
- Experience with completing Quake II on Nightmare/Hard+ only with the Laser Blaster
- Experience with IT technologies (Networking, Systems Management, Virtualization)
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, Automation practices, Continuous Integration
