- Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
- Modelling and documenting requirements and business processes and conducting gap analyses
- Support developers and testers in clarifying requirements
- Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
- Finding solutions to business problems as part of overall strategic roadmap
- Preparing test scenarios and assisting with User Acceptance Testing and training initiatives
- Preparing user interface mock-ups
- Editing support and end-user documentation as well as release guides
- Proven record in an Infrastructure/Technical Business Analyst role
- Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery
- Ability to manage client expectations and control/deliver the project despite possible changes to requirements and scope
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German and ability to interact with both the IT and the business stakeholders
- Working knowledge of project/development life cycles (SDLC), working knowledge of RUP is a clear advantage
- Experience in the area of IT Security or Identity Management is a clear advantage
Nice to have:
- Experience using JIRA as a tool to manage requirements
- Previous experience with user interface design modelling
The Access Management team is part of the Security IT. The team develops, implements and supports a global managed application infrastructure and provides components for Identity and Access Management [IAM], including managing the lifecycle of identities, request/approval workflow, provisioning of global repositories and review/certification of access. The Strategic Entitlement Provisioning System (SEPS) programme has been initiated to provide a strategic Access Management and Review solution, with Sailpoint IIQ at its core.
The Technical IT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization. He/she must demonstrate problem-solving attitude and be able to drive change, propose robust solutions and communicate them to all interested parties verbally and in writing.
