Job description:
- Providing customer support in the installation and operation of security cameras.
- Answering customer inquiries - phone/chat/email.
- Entering data into the system.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Swedish language B2/C1.
- Communicative knowledge of English (B2).
- Openness in customer relations.
- Ability to communicate freely over the phone.
- Six months of experience in customer service or in the field of new technologies.
Optional:
- Interest in new technologies.
- Analytical mind.
