- Providing customer support in the installation and operation of security cameras
- Answering customer inquiries - phone/chat/email
- Entering data into the system
- Knowledge of German language B2/C1
- Openness in customer relations
- Ability to communicate freely over the phone
- Communicative knowledge of English (B2)
- Six months of experience in customer service or in the field of new technologies
- Interest in new technologies
- Analytical mind
- Full-time employment contract
- Salary in the amount of 7500 PLN gross
- Shift work 8 hours a day (shifts between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm)
