Responsibility for supervision over proper functioning of properties in terms of: prevention, maintenance and repair of all technical systems and equipment, safety (fire detection systems, automatic extinguishing systems, etc.),

Familiarity with the contracts with external companies for the maintenance and supervision of properties,

Co-operation and supervision of third parties,
-
Cooperation with the Property Manager in the budget planning process, monitoring and analysis of the costs of property maintenance,

Overseeing handing over of real estates and premises,
-
Keeping records of technical documentation of the managed properties (keeping books of a building, DTR’s, installations and equipment as required by Polish law, etc.),
-
Checking the status of the documentation related to the activities of tenants,
-
Supervision over facility management companies, responsible for the maintenance of the industrial portfolio,
-
Finding solutions aimed at optimizing the operation of the property,
-
Control of media consumption on the properties and active management toward finding the efficiencies,
-
Organizing tenders for maintenance, repairs and fit outs (where necessary) plus verification of delivered offers.

Bachelor degree in Engineering (specialization in electrical or ventilation / air conditioning or building),
-
Experience in technical coordinator / technical manager position (3-year minimum),
-
Languages: English (very good); Polish (native/fluent),

Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD,
-
Knowledge of Construction Law, Energy Law, Environmental Protection Act,

Electrical license (in the field of surveillance up to 15 kV),

Good communication and negotiation skills,
