- Creating and updating content on SALESmanago’s help portals: Pomoc and Support, in two languages: Polish and English
- Ensuring that our help articles have the right structure and provide all the necessary information, in addition to being concise, transparent, and easy to understand – or as user-friendly as possible
- Ensuring the consistency of language, terminology, and formatting across the Company’s websites and beyond
- Coordinating with other teams, including the Technical Support, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical content
- Planning and executing an effective content strategy
- Translating internal procedures
- Occasional tasks in the area of Customer Experience: creating emails, presentations, and other content intended for our Customers
- Ability to write clearly, simply, and concisely, in a structured manner, ensuring consistent language and terminology
- Fluency in English (preferably C1 or C2)
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience in translation and/or technical content creation would be an asset
- Great communication skills, especially in writing
- Great troubleshooting skills, inquisitiveness, and an eye for details
- An eye for layout and design
- Ability to communicate effectively with professional assertiveness to drive decision-making and alignment
- Able to work within the frameworks of the various interdepartmental business processes while remaining highly creative
- A consummate professional with experience in a deadline-driven environment, a quick learner, self-motivated
