Technical Analyst for Internal Controls and Process Improvements

Requirements:
- MS Excel expertize to perform data validation, queries, reformatting and analysis
- Experience in automating processes via Excel (i.e. macros)
- Experience in Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment
- Good command of English
- Proven experience in internal control of processes and/or process improvement and optimisation
- Experience in project management will be an asset
- Process transition experience will be an advantage
- Working experience with MS Office and ERP system (Oracle or SAP)
- Analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving
- Good communication, team work and organizing skills
Responsibilities:
- Supporting process improvements initiatives with technical (Excel) solution to greatly simplify tasks, increase productivity and efficiency
- Using advanced Excel skills, including writing queries, using excel functions to update reports and develop new methods to capture data from source
- Develop Macros to improve/automate processes
- Extracting and manipulating data from the database
- Working on performance measurements (KPIs) solutions for all departments within Finance and Operations Service Centre in Krakow
- Establishing and maintaining dashboards that visualize and effectively communicate KPIs across the organization
- Prepare and deliver recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) reporting on key performance indicators and special initiatives
- Seeking opportunities for process optimization and standardization, project managing agreed improvements and initiatives, implementing adequate changes
- Ensuring sound and effective internal controls are in place across EMEA region
