1 vacancy – Product Support Analyst with manufacturing background
- Mandatory - 1-3 years experience with manufacturing process including Scheduling, Planning, BOMs, Shipping, Shop Floor, and Warehouse Management (logistics)
- Mandatory - English on C1/C2 level in order to articulate complex ideas to customers
- Mandatory – sound customer support and interpersonal skills
- Desirable - knowledge in SQL or C++ or Visual Studio (or the eagerness to develop in those areas)
1 vacancy – Product Support Analyst with accounting background
- Mandatory – 1-3 years experience in accounting – business accounting (GL, AP etc.) with proven education and work experience
- Mandatory - English on C1/C2 level in order to articulate complex ideas to customers
- Mandatory – sound customer support and interpersonal skills
- Desirable - knowledge in SQL or C++ or Visual Studio (or the eagerness to develop in those areas)
- Desirable – prior experience in accounting products/applications
1 vacancy – Product Support Analyst with distribution background
- Mandatory – 1-3 years experience in the distribution process including, stock control, sales orders, warehousing and inventory, purchasing and pricing
- Mandatory - English on C1/C2 level in order to articulate complex ideas to customers
- Mandatory – sound customer support and interpersonal skills
- Desirable - knowledge in SQL or C++ or Visual Studio (or the eagerness to develop in those areas)
- Desirable – prior experience in similar ERP distribution applications
1 vacancy – Product Support Analyst with financial background
- Mandatory – 1-3 years experience in accounting. Working knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, General Ledger, VAT, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Control
- Mandatory - English on C1/C2 level in order to articulate complex ideas to customers
- Mandatory – sound customer support and interpersonal skills
- Desirable - knowledge in SQL or C++ or Visual Studio (or the eagerness to develop in those areas)
- Desirable – prior experience in similar ERP applications
1 vacancy – Technical Software Support Engineer / Developer
- Mandatory – 1-3 years experience working with Linux, Unix & progess databases
- Mandatory - English on C1/C2 level in order to articulate complex ideas to customers
- Mandatory – programming skills in the progress language and ability to code modifications and corrections
- Mandatory - knowledge in SQL
- Desirable – prior experience in similar ERP applications in finance & accounting area
