Job description:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the daily one-on-one supervision and management of Support Professionals on assigned team, typically a minimum of 20direct reports. Ensures service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') obligations of our clients through the management of operational activity of the team.
- Leading Support Professionals, fostering their professional development and growth via effective coaching and communication and promoting teamwork and cooperation in delivering on company's mission
- Implementation and execution of all required processes
- Delivering KPI targets set by the client
- Monitoring financial and quality performance of the team
- Reporting to Operations Manager
- Cooperationwith the other departments
- Preparation ofthe reports on the regular and ad-hoc basis as required by business needs
- Very good command of German and English language (spoken and written) is a must
- University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent
- Experience in IT or in telecommunication will be an advantage
