Your role

- manage a team of 10 people
- prepare complex financial data
- provide guidance on process improvements
- be a partner for the senior management
- mitigate the risk by performing various internal governance controls
- identify red flags and raising them to senior stakeholders with proper attention
Your team
You will be working in the Net New Money Reporting team for the Asset Management division. Main focus of the team is to provide weekly & monthly financial data and reporting to our partners. You will cooperate with numerous stakeholders from the asset management business and finance. Your team is based in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) and cooperates with partner across the globe.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 5 years of experience in the field of financial analysis, reporting, accounting, reporting or controlling, preferably in the financial industry
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- strong numerical and analytical skills, high degree of reliability and readiness of mind
- strong technical skills with MS Excel and MS Power Point
- very good communication skills in English and ability to work in the team
You are:
- self-reliant and self-confident to communicate with senior management
- team-orientated, while able to complete tasks independently
- able to prioritize tasks and manage team's workload
- driven to implement new initiatives and coordinate projects
