Team Leader in Operational
Risk Reporting Team

Work location: Zabierzów

The role:

In this role you will be leading a team of experienced operational risk analytics and together with your team you will be enabling senior management to make decisions by delivering analysis and reports concerning operational risk in UBS. You will play a vital role as a focal point between senior risk stakeholders and the team. You will also have a chance to drive changes leading to a more effective, efficient both reporting and risk management across UBS.

Working hours: 8-18 (shifts).

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

Acting as a central point for stakeholders (communication, risk escalation, day to day matters)
Providing set of reports on the team's performance
Monitoring SLAs targets achievement and act on potential breaches
Coordinating process changes (design, documentation, approvals and communication)
Acting as the first point of contact for the employees in all matters
Providing team support for standard and ad-hoc reporting
Coordinating the flow of correspondence to/from Risk Managers, Risk Controllers, Finance and Human Resources

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in people management (TL positions)
Very good written and spoken English
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in the team
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Ability to prioritize own and workload on a daily basis
Willingness to understand client's business context and to analyze and solve issues also in more complex environment

Additional assets:

Tableau, Business Objects, SAS enterprise risk tools knowledge
Experience in Compliance, Operational Risk, Management Information Reporting
Project Management (Prince, PMP) knowledge
