Team Leader in Customer Service with Italian
Location: Katowice
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management for CS Specialists and CS Senior Specialists in your team,
- Take part in the main HR processes (coaching, planning, evaluation, recruiting new team members),
- Take proactive actions to improve internal and external customer satisfaction,
- Control the workload of your team, exceed all performance targets, updating the KPI's,
- Support, assist and coach the team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency,
- Working closely with the manager,
- Offering great customer service options to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team,
- Coordinate training and development of reporting team.
Your profile:
- Fluent English and communicative Italian,
- Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Specialist in Customer Service Operations,
- Proven experience in the area of People Management,
- Ability to cooperate with internal and external customers,
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Positive and coaching attitude and willingness to learn and improve,
- Strong leadership skills.
