Team Leader – Financial Accounting

Requirements:
- Accounting or Finance related Bachelor or Master degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in financial accounting and reporting and posses excellent knowledge of accounting systems and regulations (IFRS)
- Solid experience in team management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of SAP FICO, Business Warehouse, Hyperion Financial Management and strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Customer, service oriented and results driven
- Excellent time management abilities and are oriented on deadlines
- Fluent knowledge of English
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting team: recruitment, performance management, appraisals, motivation and training
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records (General Ledger and Fixed Assets, Intercompany), financial statements and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting and procedural standards
- Manage Period end closing activities for the SSC responsible areas
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to forecast future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
- Manage bank accounts, In-house Bank processing and reconcile balance sheets
- Participate in audits both internal and external, examine organization’s accounts, analyze risk, review organization’s current practices and recommend improvement initiatives
- Treasury related tasks such as forecasting, Foreign Exchange exposure and reporting
