Your new role
The role of Data Governance Team Leader is responsible for supervising a team of Administrators who will report directly to this person. Reporting to Operations Manager, Team Leader will manage and execute processes enabling the smooth execution of all Data Governance processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements
More importantly, we look for the following traits in you:
- To be responsible for the supervision and development of the team ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its KPIs and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures
- To maximize the level of efficiency of resolving customer queries and tickets to aid in the delivery of a seamless end to end process for the customer; to meet or exceed SLAs to deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction
- To ensure monthly team and individual targets are met.
- To lead, motivate, coach and organize team members to adhere to Ricoh’s core values and deliver a high level of team member engagement
- To identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy & value add of transactional processing
- To ensure all team members are properly trained and have appropriate resources available to be successful in their roles
- To work with other Ricoh Shared Service entities to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure, sharing best practice across Ricoh Shared Services and driving continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have ability to communicate effectively, experience managing a team and successfully meeting deadlines and targets as well as have strong stakeholder focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers. Fluent English is a must, any additional language would be beneficial.
