Position Description
- Documentation of meetings and calls, order preparation, preparation of slides and basic reports and schedule management.
- Management of complaints at managerial level for all service level issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all business units and local standards, policies and procedures.
- Responsibility for continuous development and improvement of the process model in collaboration with the global process owner.
- Accountability for high quality and efficient delivery of Assistance Pool services.
- Initiate, participate in and support projects as required.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in administration, finance or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English, German knowledge would be a plus.
- Good experience in using MS Office, strong PowerPoint skills are essential.
