Team Assistant with English

What will you do?
- Provide a range of remote administrative support in English (travel scheduling, meeting planning, team events organization, expense report submission)
- Organize and maintain calendars for project teams
- Effectively collaborate with other assistants, clients, teams and other contacts from all over the world
- Manage all communication in a professional and efficient manner
- Support the planning and execution of ad-hoc projects, conferences and other off-site meetings
What is required from you?
- Preferably administrative or customer service experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to manage various tasks against agreed timelines
