- You have previous experience in recruiting of: welders, builders, carpenters, foresters, industrial assemblers and similar profiles (highly desirable, but not a "must")
- You are ready to be our main Talent Partner in Poland.

Position: "Blue Collar" focused Recruiter
- Source, identify, and screen candidates for various blue-collar roles, including construction, manufacturing, automotive, and other skilled trades.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, trade schools, social media, and industry events, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment requirements and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade schools, technical institutions, and other relevant organizations to attract top talent.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and technology to streamline recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes that may impact blue-collar recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a successful blue-collar recruiter or in a similar role within the skilled trades and industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of various blue-collar job functions and the ability to identify the right skills for specific roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering quality hires.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple positions and priorities.
- High level of proactiveness, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to a dynamic recruitment landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
