- Take care of internal and external recruitment processes in the Eastern Europe region
- Participation in job fairs and open days
- Participation in employer branding projects
- Active building of the internal and external talent pools
- Preparation of reports, analyzes and summaries
- Working in the ATS system as part of ongoing projects
- Internal cooperation with Hiring Managers and HR BP in onboarding of new employees
- Mapping the labor market in terms of the availability of candidates and the level of remuneration
- 3-4 years of recruiting experience (production or logistics company will be an advantage)
- University degree (preferably in business or human resources)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly analytical skills, problem solving orientation
- Very good MS Office (especially Power Point)
- High energy
- Resistance to stress
- Ability to work in changing environment
- Driving license B
