- Have an University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management area, in-depth knowledge about Performance Management and Talent Review Meetings
- Profound knowledge of SAP HR/Success Factors, Power Point, Excel, knowledge of data analysis solutions
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Strong command of English language (oral and written)
- Knowledge of other languages are an asset
