Hitachi Energy is seeking a Talent HR Program Manager. In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for the program management of our Global Power+ Graduate Program – an early career rotational program. You’ll also be responsible for additional Talent and Employer Brand programs and projects imperative to executing Hitachi Energy’s global people strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Global Employer Brand Lead to ensure world-class management and execution of our graduate program including creating and/or refining key activities, processes, data management, and ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery of this flagship program. You’ll be exposed to a global team and be responsible for leading the Global Power+ program management community. You will evangelize and communicate the value of the Global Power+ program both internally and externally.

- First line support for all Global Power+ program management needs including proactive advocacy of program to include trainings and communications. Manage requests from business partners regarding the program.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of the Global Power+ graduate program.
- Lead Global Power+ program management community on program standards and excellence.
- Track, manage, and report all data related to Global Power+ program.
- Define or refine current activities within Global Power+ program.
- Bring your creativity and proactively benchmark program to look for opportunities to improve and scale.
- Execute globally defined goals and KPIs related to Global Power+ program.
- Communicate data-driven ROI to stakeholders across the company showcasing full program value.
- Own and manage additional HR Programs and projects as defined by leadership.
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR Program Management with preferred Talent Management background.
- Excellent English both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a complex environment and managing multiple stakeholders in different business areas.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to hold partners accountable across the globe and drive toward results by deadline.
- Ability to think global and act local while translating ideas into tangible results.
