If you are passionate about recruitment and would like to leverage your skills and experience to contribute to the growth of a Polish biotech company specializing in biosimilar drugs development & manufacturing, then this is the right role for you! As a Talent Attraction Specialist at Polpharma Biologics you will be responsible for end to end management of the assigned recruitment processes within broad array of functions, while being an interface between candidates and business. In addition, this versatile role you will also allow you to support the Talent Attraction Head in building and maintaining a strong employer brand.
Recruitment process
- Driving full-cycle recruitment processes in accordance with the company's recruitment policies and instructions;
- Conducting search focused on attracting active and passive candidates, while displaying flexibility and creativity in your approach to sourcing talents;
- Devising recruitment strategies for broad variety of recruitment projects and advising business as to the up-to-date candidate landscape;
- Effectively connecting, engaging and communicating across our business;
- Creating pipelines of candidates for recurring recruitment projects;
- Preparing, implementing and managing documents, procedures and materials related to recruitment processes;
- Working actively with our CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications;
- Supporting Talent Attraction Head in preparing and delivering data and reports;
- Implementing improvements in the recruitment process;
Employer Branding strategy and initiatives
- Supporting Talent Attraction Head in carrying out various activities and initiatives designed to build a strong employer brand;
- Managing incoming questions and queries from Career mailbox;
- Preparation of the necessary EB materials;
- Higher education - preferred fields of study: Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, inhouse or recruitment agency (preferred experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry);
- Thorough knowledge of the talent attraction and recruitment processes;
- Experience in candidate’ sourcing;
- Customer-focused mindset;
- Project management skills - ability to run multiple projects simultaneously;
- Good analytical and reporting skills;
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and assignments;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Very good command of English language in both speaking and writing;
