Your role
Are you excited to join internal recruitment team? Do you know what it takes to identify talent and bring them on board? In order to achieve recruitment successes you will:
- use internal and external databases to identify the right candidates
- conduct phone screens
- support internal mobility
- make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
Your team
You will be working within the professional recruiting team based in one of our Krakow or Wroclaw offices. Our Global Sourcing Team supports Swiss hiring but also partners a wide range of business groups globally to further enhance their people agenda. In your role you will be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by identifying the right candidates within the right time frames. In Global Sourcing Team we take care of a range of activities which directly support the business decision-making process. All team members can access development opportunities on the job and through eLearning and targeted training programs, as well as through customized training and coaching. We also support internal mobility giving our employees what they need to excel in their roles and progress in their careers.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- very good understanding of recruitment process
- at least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- very good spoken English you can communicate at all business levels
- a passion for research so no one and nothing can hide from you on Social Media
- a self-confident personality with high degree of customer and service orientation
- negotiation skills
You are:
- passionate about human resources and want to become a part of it
- self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- well organized, with a sharp eye for detail combined with successful time management and organizational skills
- self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
