Position exists to ensure pipeline of candidates for existing vacancies at all level of the company by conducting interviews, providing personal recommendations and assisting the hiring manager and local P&C team. The selected person will be primarily responsible for providing talent attraction advisory for the USA.
- Coordinating end-to-end WG3 and complex WG4 recruitment processes, ensuring a timely and effective hiring process in line with predefined metrics; collaborating with the hiring manager and local P&C partner to create a recruiting approach and action plan for these roles; LinkedIn market insights, long list and short list creation based on competency-based interviews, coordination of Hiring Manager interviews, administration of assessment tools, job offer stage support)
- Conducting phone interviews with pre-screened candidates to assess their suitability for the role's requirements and generate a shortlist of personal recommendations for further interviews; advising and supporting hiring managers in preparing for interviews and/or feedback sessions
- Communicating with candidates as per the agreed process: scheduling interviews and other process elements, sharing updates, and providing feedback (via phone, email, or face-to-face); sharing relevant updates and information with the hiring manager and local P&C
- Collecting process and practice improvement requirements, validating and discussing them with market representatives and process owners; supporting the implementation of changes and improvements, and assisting the team in adjusting processes to align with best practices
- Independently managing relationships with stakeholders at the respective levels of the organization (primarily WG4 and WG3 levels); proactively identifying and resolving issues with the support of more senior Talent Attraction colleagues
- Driving personal development by identifying and discussing gaps, and planning development activities with your direct manager; assisting in creating development plans for more junior colleagues; Proactively sharing knowledge and expertise within the team.
- University degree preferred.
- Min 2 years of recruiting experience - sourcing, interviews, processes coordination.
- English - proficient (daily communication), Knowledge of Spanish or French would be a great asset.
- Knowledge of social media and sourcing channels, interviewing techniques, stakeholder relationships management; legal aspects of recruitment, process improvements.
- Openness to work in non-standard working hours (12pm-20pm).
