Your role
Are you an analytic thinker? Do you know how to develop innovative solutions? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- advise on potential analytical approaches to business needs, including associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations
- model and analyze scenarios, providing recommendations to support decision making by aligned business partners
- gather and provide requirements for their aligned area to the Reporting Development team to support the design of global data definitions, source, metrics, frameworks and methodologies
- deliver complex ad-hoc reports/ queries, work with or reassign to the Reporting and Development teams as required
- design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support innovation initiatives
You will work with your internal senior clients to discuss, translate and validate ideas, concepts and hypotheses into reporting and analytics concepts. Some of the projects you will work on are:
- develop dashboards and ad hoc analyses enabling managers to fully explore our internal talent potential
- review annual evaluation data to spot factors with strongest impact on employees' performance
- leverage employee survey data to widen our insight on the employees' engagement
- implement predictive analytics solutions to help us identify future leaders
- assist in the selection and set up of innovative people analytics technologies that will best serve the business needs
Your team
You’ll be working in the HR Reporting and Analytics team located in Krakow. As the Talent Analytics Consultant you will work within Center-of-Expertise to deliver human capital analytics to key business partners aiming to provide insight, data interpretation and recommendations.
The team you will support contains HR professionals who possess highly specialized knowledge and are responsible for the design of talent strategy and data-based solutions using advanced analytical software. They are responsible for bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the diverse HR teams and business. They have responsibility for determining the suite of projects and initiatives required across the business, ensuring business requirements are met with solutions which reflect deep subject matter expertise and the latest in industry thinking.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a university degree in an analytical field like business management, psychology, engineering, mathematics, accounting, finance, information technology, or similar
- strong HR background
- prior experience in management consulting and/or data analysis/ reporting
You are:
- an adept project manager, with the ability to independently manage multiple, concurrent projects (juggling comes naturally to you)
- keen to partner with project leads to deliver results in a challenging environment
- a strong communicator in English (written and spoken)
- a strong analyst, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations to senior clients
