Northvolt is establishing its first facility to industrialize and produce battery systems. In order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market, we are establishing a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions in Gdansk, Poland.
We are currently searching for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates for a wide range of roles, to support the process of scaling our business unit in Poland from its current startup phase to a large-scale operation.
You are the one who will find out what to search for, where to search and what to say to get the right type of person interested in Northvolt. You have the skills and experience to quickly adapt your sourcing strategies to find candidates with various backgrounds from different industries with an endurance to admire and learn from. You most likely have a competitive mind and feel pride when "your" candidate finally signs an employment agreement with Northvolt.
- Sourcing and selecting the right candidates
- Running phone screens and interviews - both in Polish and English
- Coordinating job interviews' calendar and managing recruitment database
- Managing job posting and taking care of overall candidate experience
- Cooperating closely with Hiring Managers
- A relevant university degree.
