Currently at our site in Stargard, Poland due to Radiometer Operations Strategy 2020 which means a great greenfield project of new production site, European distribution center and further development of present activities, also in R&D and Finance back-office, we are opening one position in HR team dedicated to talent acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have an opportunity to assist department managers and HR team in recruiting and employer branding projects for Radiometer Sp. z.o.o. and Radiometer Solutions Sp. zo.o. in Stargard (and in some cases also for Radiometer Group globally) and be responsible for data integrity in the responsible area.
- Creation and implementation of new processes and recruitment tools.
- Running administration and recruitment documents.
- Publication of recruitments, verification, selection of CV’s and leading recruitment interviews.
- Leading recruitment meetings in English.
- Coordination and administration of employer branding projects, internal and external ones.
- Preparing reports and analysis locally and globally.
- Resolve Candidates and Managers questions about the recruiting process in both written and verbal communications (Polish and English).
- Review and analyses data and provide recommendation to ensure recruiting and employer branding process improvement and efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties and recruiting tasks, as necessary.
- University degree in the field of Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, Economics or in related fields.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken is a must.
- Experience working in a support position within a high volume, result-oriented environment will be consider as a strong asset,
- Knowledge of social medias and web-based candidate tracking system management and reporting preferred (Taleo is a strong plus).
- Previous experience in working at recruiting processes of specialist and managerial level at operational sites is an advantage.
- Driving license (B).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
- Contract start date - 01.01.2018 or earlier.
