We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to lead and manage the hiring of experienced professionals in designated countries in EMEA as well as Poland.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. You’ll consult with hiring managers and Human Resources on the external market and develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to reach top talent. You will also be accountable for meeting established performance targets and providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle. You will also have the opportunity to participate in both regional and global Talent Acquisition project initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will have strong relationship management and networking skills, be customer-focused, articulate, and demonstrate initiative in all aspects of work. Organizational awareness, ability to use sound judgment, and interviewing/assessment skills are core to your success in sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to hiring teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced working within a matrixed organization and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics and prioritizing effectively to achieve SLAs.
Essential Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience recruiting in a corporate environment
This role will be embedded in the business so we’re looking for someone with proven experience building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates
Building strong networks and direct sourcing is essential for this position - using a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to deliver diverse pools of well-qualified candidates
Excellent level of English (C1 or C2 level) is essential. Other European languages would be valuable
We need someone who will uphold and project our passion and commitment to driving diversity at Thomson Reuters
Someone who will leverage and partner with internal resources to build out proactive branding, events and sourcing strategies
We use Workday Recruiting; it would be great if you have also but we’re happy to talk to candidates who have used other progressive recruiting systems
Finally, we are looking for someone who will work closely with regional HR to make sure that we are meeting regulatory requirements related to candidate and employee rights in the local market
