Talent Acquisition Operations Administrator (US working hours)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for key administrative elements of interview scheduling logistics for a Global Talent Acquisition team
- Conducting administrative support for a highly recognised internship program in the US: pre-screening candidates’ online applications to determine top qualified candidate pool, managing online testing, reviewing and assessing online video interviews
- Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews
- Communicate confirmations details to candidates and interview team
- Maintain professional communication with candidate to ensure a timely, efficient interview process from start to finish
- Listen to inquiries and requests, respond professionally, consider customer's perspective, follow through on commitments
- Work with assessor team and hiring manager to ensure that candidates can get through the interview process in a timely manner. If schedules are busy, work with hiring manager and recruiter to find alternate times or assessors
- Rescheduling of interviews as needed
- HR administrative activities and project support as needed
- Spotless record and strong ethos
Skills:
- Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
- Willingness to work on US working hours 13:30 - 22:00
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges
- Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities. Must be pro-active, persistent, and helpful, with a solid customer service approach.
- Highly Organized
- Discreet in handling sensitive information, uphold confidentially at all times
- Strong relationship building with Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Assessor Teams and Operations Team Members in US
