Role Overview
To accelerate our growth, and become the global leader in our Customer Engagement Platform market segment, our leadership needs have changed - resulting in the new role
of Talent Acquisition Director. You will lead the Recruitment Function and help SALESmanago hire top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse hiring practices. Ultimately, you'll help us build a world-class team and accelerate our business growth.


About You
You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to realize our ambition to become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. You are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition with a proven track record of managing the full
recruitment cycle.

 
Responsibilities
  • Driving the talent acquisition and recruitment strategy for SALESmanago
  • Managing a team of recruiters, sourcers, and partners within our recruitment function
  • Designing and implementing consistent recruitment, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a fantastic candidate experience at all levels (from graduate to senior roles)
  • Defining and maximizing the promotion of our exciting employer brand in the market
  • Implementing online and offline employer branding activities
  • Determining the most effective job board/advertising platforms
  • Defining and driving the team to exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Forecasting hiring needs based on business growth plans
  • Managing complex recruitment for senior-level positions
  • Participating in recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
  • Developing a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
  • Influencing the technology stack to support the Recruitment/People Function
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Strong technical acumen and a data-driven approach to recruitment strategy formulation and decision-making
  • Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems and other related technology to support Talent Acquisition and Recruitment goals
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Fluent in English
