- Working closely with GSS HR and hiring managers across Europe and managing the relationships with our recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations;
- Use all, relevant recruitment tools to provide best in class candidates for DNV GL company;
- Working closely with senior management to ensure that recruitment targets are met
- Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to satisfy planned workforce planning
- Focus on quality, timely delivery of recruitment service for dedicated business area;
- Drive hiring in an end-to-end process and engage with our candidates and managers on all hiring related topics;
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across HR and hiring managers and across Europe as it relates to talent sourcing and executive recruitment;
- Challenge the status quo and myths with stakeholder populations to get better recruitment solutions
- Develop pro-active search for upcoming recruitment needs
- Develop and execute best in class sourcing strategies to meet business needs;
- Influence and seek continuous improvement on both global and local processes;
- Share external market insights across Recruitment society to deliver better outcomes;
- Develop the Global Centres strategy to drive business goals for talent acquisitions around quality of hire, cost per hire, direct sourcing, time to fill, employer of choice brand;
- Reporting of specific HR Recruitment related KPIs and providing recommendations where appropriate;
- Ensures ongoing compliance of all recruitment process in dedicated business area.
- At least 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Partner / Head-hunter / Recruiter;
- Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects, priorities, and client groups, manage timelines, and escalate issues as needed;
- Ability to work with diverse and remote teams located across time zones;
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to research best practices and network internally and externally;
- Ability to plan and execute sourcing plan to generate required candidates / skill sets;
- Ability to influence business decisions and direction relative to hiring requirements, needs, strategy;
- Excellent relationship management skills with candidates and business partners;
- Strong customer engagement, expectations management, issue resolution, stakeholder management experience;
- Ability to easily move between recruitment areas, and business groups;
- Excellent teamwork, project management, and partnership behaviors;
- True sourcer - used many tools and tricks in sourcing candidates;
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, enjoys information, turning data into intelligence with insight, delivering results that have a positive impact on the business;
- Experience with developing impactful Recruitment related key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring they are at or above standard on people analytics; Ability to monitor and interpret the effectiveness of Recruitment related practices and processes;
- Demonstrated change management experience; Able to challenge the status quo and promote innovative ideas; Display the drive and determination to make a difference; Ability to think ‘outside of the box’;
- Highly collaborative with demonstrative ability to develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Fluent in English.
