Working as a recruiter at Dell, means being part of a dynamic and fast paced Global Talent Acquisition organisation. The EMEA Team is located across 19 countries, covers recruitment in 13 languages with 70+ recruiters supporting all lines of business with their hiring requirements.

- Being a strategic advisor with the business to determine requirements and meeting hiring forecast within service level expectations.
- Direct sourcing and pipeline management to meet the current and future hiring demands.
- Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is approved to the time when the candidate is on-boarded.
- Working in an innovative environment, means you have the opportunity to develop local recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifying and interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers.
- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers, benchmarked via an external survey.
- Being a Brand Champion, promoting Dell as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activity.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or working as an in-house recruiter for a large corporation.
- Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices.
- Good knowledge of ATS and CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Previous experience working in an international or global environment.
- Self-starter, being able to navigate complex, matrix environments, with remote management.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in a relevant related discipline plus relevant working experience.
