On behalf of our client, an American company from the banking sector, we are looking to recruit a TA System Support Engineer to take charge of this highly varied and exciting role.
As a TA System Support Engineer you will be mainly responsible for providing support of all Transfer Agency systems and performing Incident and Error Management. Key elements of the role will also include resolving problems and known errors, maintaining production support documentation and monitoring server health (CPU, memory and disk usage).You will be expected to manage and deploy vendor and home grown code releases as well as to be involved in all production deployments and communicate all significant data to all parties.
The ideal candidate should have a Computer Science-related degree and should have 1- 2 years experience in working with vendor applications and SQL. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who is skilled in Unix/Windows Server. Flexibility and problem solving skills are crucial while performing this role.
