For our Client, global international company that is rapidly growing in Kraków, we are currently looking for Candidates motivated to continue their career as Systems Support Analysts.
Successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that systems are healthy and customers are satisfied, assisting in the development and facilitate continuous monitoring of core system functions, coordinating test activities by project team as well as customers, assisting with the creation and maintenance of knowledge database of quality team standards, practices, support methods and reports as well as assisting with the establishment and application of metrics for assessing quality of delivered software.
Our Client is looking for candidates with relevant experience and university degree preferably in Computer Science or related discipline. The Analyst must have SQL skills, understanding of database concepts and objects, understanding of incident management and escalation techniques, Windows/UNIX/LINUX scripting skills (e.g. Perl, shell, VBScript), understanding of the application development lifecycle and best practices, strong troubleshooting skills, logical thinking and be customer focused. Experience in programming (Java or other languages) and ITIL knowledge would be strong advantage.
