Systems Analyst / IT Business Partner
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
Single Point of Contact regarding IT for internal clients
Consultancy in the field of technology provided to internal and external clients
Supervision of technical standards
Second line IT support for operational problems
Participation in technical projects for internal and external clients
Ownership of IT audit compliance regarding internal client areas.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Requirements:
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
At least 3 years of experience on similar position
Experience in work with internal clients – manager and team leaders
Good knowledge of English
Strong motivation to delivery top-quality service.
Good knowledge in IT with main focus on Microsoft Severs and Active Directory.
Well-organized and good at prioritizing tasks,
Focused on compliance
