Our Customer Support Desk is based in Poland and works closely together with the other Customer Support & Success functions in order to create the best possible support and software experience for our customers.
- Provide a helping hand to our users. In case of any issues with or requests to our applications you are the first point of contact and support our users via e-mail, phone and chat and will resolve the issue or ensure it is assigned to the correct team;
- Monitor the overall system behavior via our monitoring tools and escalate according to our procedures;
- Cooperate with other team members and groups to ensure maximum efficiency of the Fieldcode environment;
- Support to document new work procedures and to expand our knowledge base;
- Make sure the user as well as our ticketing systems are always up to date on the status of the respective assigned ticket or request;
- You are communicative, hands-on and driven to generate the most valuable outcome for our customers in an agile, fast paced environment;
- You can communicate both in written and spoken English fluently. Additional languages are highly beneficial;
